Sleep Disruption

Buttercup sleeping on the couch

Sleep is often underrated in our 24/7 world. Yet, when you don’t get a good night’s sleep, it affects so many aspects of the next day: energy, food cravings and mental focus to name just a few.

Chronic sleep disruption is alarming in it’s insidious nature. It has many medical as well as psychological impacts, some of which can be quite serious.

Notable Quotes

My life now revolves around getting a good night’s sleep. Activities do and do not get planned based on the impact to the nightly slumber. Things do not get eaten or drunk because of the impact to a good night’s sleep.

Diane

Sleep is the biggest nightmare. Can’t fall asleep and stay asleep without the assist of meds and/or supplements.

Isabelle

Terrible sleep.

Roxy

Wild Card: Casper Glow is an innovative way to get a better sleep rhythm. Loop Quiet ear plugs are comfy and block noises (snoring bed partner, barking dogs, city noise) for more restful sleep. One step up are Ozlo Sleepbuds with science-backed sleep sounds. Looking for something more than “white noise?” – try listening to the BBC Radio’s The Shipping Forecast (it goes on for 5 hours)!
