Why do I do interviews for online health magazines?
It’s simple: We all need to have better access to accurate health information.
While physicians and medical professionals benefit from peer-reviewed medical journals and stimulating conferences, information needs to be shared.
And not in a dumbed-down manner.
We live in an era where it’s increasingly difficult to get in to see a doctor.
And, when we do get an appointment, it can often feel rushed.
Answers to niggling questions might be brief.
Or worse … dismissed.
In fact, that’s why I wrote my book, The Menopause Menu …
An experiential navigation tool to managing common menopause symptoms.
And why I participated in a course that is now available to everyone.
Women (and men!) need choices …
And they need to be heard.
This time I was interviewed by Angela Myers for The Edge Health.
Here’s the article: Midlife Night Sweats: 4 Reasons Your Body Gets Hot and How to Cool Off.
I hope you get some helpful tips on how to manage night sweats.
Cheers to another good interview experience!
