It has taken me a few years to decide to post this video lecture by my former colleague, Dr. Jeffrey Bernstein. Dr. Bernstein was a fabulous vascular surgeon who sadly lost his battle with brain cancer in March of 2018. He gave this amazing talk – perhaps one of his last – just 6 months before diagnosis.
