Oatmeal in a Rush

No time for a healthy breakfast? Make this in just 4 minutes! Microwave about 6 oz water for 2 minutes, add to bowl with a packet of Nature’s Path Organic Gluten-Free Homestyle instant oatmeal (I like this one because it tastes better to me than their other products, not because it is gluten-free). Add in handful of blueberries – frozen is fine too, thawed first. Top with 3 heaped spoonfuls of Bear Naked Fruit & Nut Granola. Voila! You’ll get about 10-12 g protein, 10-12 g dietary fiber, minimal sugar and no cholesterol. Even more importantly, it tastes great.
